Bikash Malla to be the Goalkeeping coach for the Nepal National Team

 Bikash Malla picked Nepal’s GK Coach. Now he is the Goalkeeping coach for the Nepal national men’s team.

According to the ANFA website, The technical committee in the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) picked Bikash Malla to be the Goalkeeping coach for the Nepal national men’s team.

Bikash Malla was considered one of the finest goalkeeper in Nepal during his playing days. Former Army goalie and captain, Malla has played for Nepal national team from 2005 to 2013. He is accredited by the AFC Level 1 Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate, AFC ‘C’ Coaching License Certificate and FIFA MA Certificate.  

Malla replaced Japanese Hiro Mitsumaru, who was serving the team as a volunteer from JICA. Malla will join the national team in coaching for the remaining matches of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022/ AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Preliminary Joint Qualification – Round 2 matches.  

Nepal is playing against Australia, Chinese Taipei and Jordan in the remaining matches of the qualifiers. Nepal will be playing all the remaining matches in the Dasarath Stadium.

Gorkhali are in Group B with 3 points and are in the 4th position. Australia are leading the Group with 12 points and they have 4 matches remaining.

Bikash Malla  (born 15 August 1986) is a footballer from Nepal. Bikash Malla, the goalkeeper of Nepal Army Club and Nepal National Team. His goalkeeping skills have always been the crop of the cream. Malla one of the most commanding players in the Nepal National team squad.
After graduating from ANFA Academy, Malla joined Friends Club in 2060 B.S. He stole the limelight when Samsung JYC bought him at the highest price for the league season 2061/62. Malla then joined Laxmi Hyundai MMC in 2062 and played for a year before joining Nepal Army.
