Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United to play the Champions League

CRISTIANO RONALDO ASKS TO LEAVE MANCHESTER UNITED TO PLAY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FOOTBALL NEXT SEASON

The future of Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo enters a new phase. He reportedly wants to find a new club before the 2022/2023 season, which means he will immediately leave Old Trafford.

Cristiano Ronaldo has told Manchester United that he wants to move. Ronaldo asked United to let him go if there was a suitable offer. The future of Cristiano Ronaldo is now a hot topic. In fact, this is not surprising news. There are several reasons behind Ronaldo’s desire to leave Manchester United.

The main reason is that Manchester United failed to qualify for the Champions League. The Red Devils only finished sixth in the final EPL standings, thus only being able to play in the Europa League. Ronaldo, who is at the end of his career, wants to play at the highest level. So he may have decided to move out of MU.

Ronaldo made a sensational return to United at the start of the 2021/2022 season. Having negotiated with Manchester City, Ronaldo eventually turned to United and signed a two-year contract. Ronaldo’s first season at United was tough. On a personal level, Ronaldo knew how to become the backbone of United with the goals he scored. But, collectively, United failed to win a trophy.
