Bangladesh vs Nepal, Football Friendlies 2020,
Both the national football team is eager to return to the ground through 2 International Friendlies. Bangladesh and Nepal will play 2 international friendlies on November 13 and 17 in Dhaka at the Bangabandhu National Stadium. The football governing bodies of Bangladesh and Nepal have already reached an oral agreement to hold two international friendly matches in Dhaka.
The football federation of Nepal ANFA has obtained permission from the government to start training activities that show that they can travel. Bangladesh are also communicating with government departments to understand the guidelines which must be followed. If all goes well, these two games will be played at Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhak.
Nepal and Bangladesh last met on the same venue at the SAFF Championship 2018. Bangladesh got a heart-broken defeat from Nepal with a score line of 2-0. Bimal Gharti Magar and Nawayug Shrestha scored for Nepal in that particular match.

Both Nepal and Bangladesh will start preparation for 2 friendly in a few day’s time. Nepali players are returning to football after 7 months while Bangladesh had a training camp for World Cup and Asian Cup Qualifiers in August. Nepalese players could not start training due increasing numbers of coronavirus in Nepal and not getting permission from government.
Bangladesh played their last international match against Burundi in the semi-final of the Bangabandhu Gold Cup 2020 on January. Nepal played their last international match against Kuwait in the World Cup and Asia Cup Qualifiers on November 2019.
Nepal and Bangladesh are getting prepare for the World Cup and Asia Cup Qualifiers. Bengali Tigers are in Group E with just 1 point and Gorkhali who have added 3 points on the table are in Group B of the Qualifiers.
