The Italian Football Association has reached an agreement with the Italian Federation regarding setting a new date for the matches that were postponed this week, including the summit meeting between Inter Milan and Juventus .
The match between Juventus and Inter Milan was supposed to take place on Sunday evening without an audience at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, but the Italian Football Federation decided to cancel this confrontation, fearing for the safety of the players.
In addition, four other matches were postponed on Saturday and Sunday, prompting the Italian League and Italian Federation to meet this evening in order to discuss this problem and find a solution to this mess.
The Inter Milan and Juventus match will take place next Monday, March 9th.
The Italian newspaper ” La Gazzetta dello Sport ” reported that the agreement between the Italian League and the Italian Federation resulted in the identification of a number of matches, including Italy’s derby on Monday, the ninth of March.
