Real Madrid issued an official statement announcing that the injury of its Brazilian superstar Marcelo, which will keep him from participating until the end of the Spanish League this season.
Marcelo was injured in Real Madrid’s training before confronting Alaves, scheduled for Friday evening at Alfredo Di Stefano in the 35th round of the La Liga.

Marcelo hopes to catch Real Madrid’s match against Manchester City in the second leg of the Champions League final, which will be held on August 7 at the Etihad Stadium.
