Rohit Chand back to Nepal for Bangladesh Friendly

Rohit Chand Available for Bangladesh Friendly,
Rohit Chand Thakuri who was in Indonesia for Liga 1 2020, returned to Nepal to participate in friendly series against Bangladesh. Nepal national team is playing two friendly matches against Bengali Tigers on November 13 and 17.

The resumption of the League in Indonesia is still unknown. Chand was back in Jakarta just a month ago after 6 months of Lockdown in Nepal. Media reports in Indonesia say that there will not be Liga 1 this year.

Rohit Chand played some friendly matches in Persia Jakarta as a training when he was in Indonesia. He is in good form comparing to other Nepali players.

Gorkhali defeated Bengali tigers 2-0 on their last meeting in SAFF Champinship 2018. This friendly match will be played in the same venue which is Bangabandhu National Stadium.

The presence of Rohit Chand will boost Nepal National Team who are also known as Gorkhlai. Rohit who made debut for Nepal back in 2009 has become an important member of the National Team. He can play very well in both center back and midfielder positions.
