Ronaldinho the legend of Barcelona and Brazil is fighting Covid-19 and is in isolation. A few weeks after his release from prison, he tested positive for the corona virus.
Ronaldinho, 40, arrived in Belo Horizonte, Brazil last Saturday and was tested for Covid 19. The result is positive but he has no symptoms. The former player from Serie A’s club AC Milan confirmed his condition after testing positive for Covid-19. “I have been in BH since yesterday, I came to participate in an event.” “I took the test and tested positive for the corona virus. Ronaldinho spent most of 2020 in Paraguay and had to deal with a box of fake passports. He and his elder brother Roberto Assis served 32 days in a Paraguayan prison and then spent five months under house arrest in Aucion.
2005 Ballon d’Or winner was released on 25 August 2020 after pleading guilty. The former Barcelona player was finally allowed to leave Paraguay after a fine of 152,000 pounds. As part of the plea agreement, Ronaldinho’s criminal record was off.
