SAFF Championship 2021; Coach Almurairi reduced preliminary squad to 28

According to ANFA website Nepal men’s national team head coach Abdullah Almutairi has reduced his preliminary squad to 28.

Bishal Sunar (GK), Randip Poudel, Bharat Khawash, George Prince Karki, Rajiv Lopchan, Sanjog Rai, Tridev Gurung, Rajin Dhimal, Sesehang Angdembe, and Bikram Lama have been left out of the squad that has been preparing for the SAFF Championship 2021.

Nepal is scheduled to host two friendly matches against India to finetune the championship in the Maldives.

The Dashrath Stadium will host India on September 2nd and 5th.

Team Nepal is currently in Pokhara for the preparatory training camp for the championship.
