Zlatan Ibrahimović asks Milan for more money to continue

The 38-year-old Swedish superstar Ibra. hopes to make 7.5 million euros a year.

Ibrahimović’s goal is not only to become Milan’s highest paid player, but also to be third in Serie A (behind Juventus’s Cristiano Ronaldo-a net worth of 31 million euros and Matisse de Ligett, 8 million and bonuses). 

The Swedish star will continue to wear Milan’s jersey next season but the economic disparity continues. The 38-year-old Ibra asks Milan for 7.5 million euros. The club only wants to pay him 5 million + 1 Millon bonus which is going to be 6 million.

Milan’s focus on preparing for the new season will begin on August 24. The solution may be reached midway, 6 million euros plus a bonus. With this salary, he and Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma will become the highest paid person in Milan.

According to a report by Gazzetta dello Sport, despite the huge economic differences, Ibra is likely to continue in Milan for 2020-21 season.
